Refund Policy

At Inner Flow Wellness, we are committed to providing a high-quality and transformative experience for all our clients. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our refund policy below:

Cancellations

• Client-Initiated Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund or can be rescheduled at no additional cost.

  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the session will be eligible for a 50% refund or a one-time rescheduling option.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

• Business-Initiated Cancellations:

  • If we need to cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

No-Shows

• Clients who do not attend their scheduled session without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Packages and Multi-Session Bookings

• Refunds for unused sessions in a prepaid package will be calculated based on the full price of the sessions already attended. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Refunds will not be provided for partially used packages after 30 days from the initial purchase.

Exceptional Circumstances

• We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend your session due to a valid emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

• Non-Transferable

• Refunds and session credits are non-transferable and cannot be shared or redeemed by another person.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at kbhealing@outlook.com with your booking details. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
